Christina Charles is an accomplished HR professional with over 15 years of experience, primarily in the healthcare and elder care industries. A graduate of West Chester University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Business Management, Christina found her passion in training, development, and employee relations early in her career. Her focus is on creating an optimal work environment that supports both employees and the organization, ensuring mutual success.
Christina holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota, along with several professional certifications, including a Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI and a SHRM-CP certification from the Society of Human Resource Management. Her expertise lies in cultivating top-tier talent and fostering professional growth within teams, ultimately enhancing the level of care and service delivered by the organization.
Outside of work, Christina and her fiancé, Brian, enjoy life on their urban homestead with their three beloved dogs: Turbo, Yenko, and Bella. She’s a creative spirit, channeling her talents into glasswork, photography, and other artistic pursuits. When she’s not creating, she loves traveling and immersing herself in a good book.
