Jaymi Smith serves as Client Success Manager at Jarvis Law Office, where she combines her background in systems, process improvement, and client service to ensure families have a seamless experience from start to finish.
Jaymi holds an Associate of Applied Science in Health Information Technology and is certified in Business Process Management (BPM). She brings a multidisciplinary background spanning IT, systems analysis, adult education and training, and office management. Her experience includes analyzing and improving workflows, supporting system implementations, and helping teams adopt new processes through clear, practical training. She now applies these skills to creating efficient, client-centered experiences at Jarvis Law Office.
Jaymi’s work is guided by a simple principle passed down from her Grandma Betty: “If it’s worth doing once, it’s worth doing right.” She aims to make at least one person smile every day, whether it is a client, colleague, stranger, or friend, and approaches every interaction with care and attention to detail.
Outside of work, Jaymi and her husband, Chris, run a small business creating handmade soap, candles, and personal care products. She enjoys music, especially singing and playing guitar and dulcimer, as well as cooking, hosting, and spending time with family. Jaymi also serves on the Fundraising Committee for Broken Timber Outdoor Education, supporting initiatives that connect youth with outdoor learning experiences.
