Leslie Shultz, LSW
Care Navigator
Leslie Shultz brings over 25 years of experience in the aging and disability network to her role as a Care Navigator at Jarvis Law Office. An Ohio University alum and Licensed Social Worker, Leslie has dedicated her career to connecting individuals and their families with the resources and programs necessary to ensure they can remain in the least restrictive environments that meet their needs.
Leslie’s path to social work is deeply personal. She found her calling at the age of 17 while serving as a caregiver for her grandmother who had dementia, and she later cared for her mother while raising her own two daughters. Continually inspired by the stories of the families she meets, Leslie takes immense pride in advocating for individuals when they feel overwhelmed, offering the vital support required to navigate complex care decisions with confidence and peace of mind.
Outside of the office, Leslie’s commitment to others extends to her local community, where she serves on the school board. She cherishes time spent with her husband, two daughters, and friends, and is eagerly anticipating the arrival of her first grandchild this fall. In her free time, Leslie can often be found tending to her flower garden, tackling home improvement projects, or taking scenic drives in her Jeep with the top off. When it is time for a getaway, the sunny beaches of Florida and the magic of Disney are her favorite destinations.
“The purpose of human life is to serve, and to show compassion and the will to help others.” — Albert Schweitzer
