Megan Pintarich, CDP
Legal Assistant
As a Legal Assistant in drafting, Megan Pintarich plays a key role in preparing essential legal documents for clients. She carefully gathers relevant information from attorneys to ensure accuracy and clarity in estate planning and elder law matters.
Megan earned her Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Technology from Carteret Community College in Morehead City, North Carolina. She began her legal career in 2021, working with an attorney handling family and criminal law in North Carolina before relocating to Ohio in April 2023. She joined Jarvis Law Office as a Funding Coordinator in July 2023 and transitioned into legal drafting in May 2024.
Her passion for estate planning is deeply personal—her grandmother’s journey with dementia has shaped her approach to client care, inspiring her to provide the same level of compassion and support she would want for her own family.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband, Michael, and their two children, Nora and Priscilla. Their family also includes Luna, a Shiba Inu-American Eskimo mix. She loves reading, listening to podcasts, and taking her Jeep Wrangler on adventures—especially to her favorite destination, Canaan Valley.
Megan lives by the words of James Thurber: “Let us not look back in anger, nor forward in fear, but around in awareness.” A perspective that has guided her through life’s challenges and changes.
