Melinda Chase is the Office Administrator in Jarvis Law Office’s Lancaster location, where she supports daily operations and helps ensure clients and team members feel welcomed and supported. With more than 10 years of customer service experience, Melinda brings strong communication skills and a people-first approach to everything she does.
Known for her friendly, approachable personality, Melinda enjoys connecting with others and keeping the office running smoothly. Outside of work, she’s a devoted Pittsburgh Steelers fan, enjoys reality TV, shopping small businesses, and spending time with friends. She also supports the Fairfield Area Humane Society and shares her home with three cats. Guided by the belief that resilience matters most, Melinda brings warmth and positivity to the Jarvis team every day.
