Rachael O’Grady, CDP

As the Office Administrator at Jarvis Firm, Rachael O’Grady has her hands in a little bit of everything, ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. Since beginning her professional journey with Jarvis two years ago, Rachael has built lasting relationships with clients, helping them feel confident and supported throughout their estate planning and elder law processes. She takes pride in watching families evolve from feeling uneasy during their first visit to walking through the office doors with ease—sharing life updates, jokes, and even the occasional “hot gossip.” That level of trust and connection is what sets Jarvis Firm apart, and Rachael is proud to be part of that experience.

Outside the office, Rachael is passionate about classic muscle cars, makeup (having been a professional makeup artist), and all things food and wine. She enjoys spending time with her husband, their 17-year-old son, and their two “old man baby” dogs. When she’s not with family, Rachael treasures quiet moments at home where she can fully embrace her quirks without judgment.

Rachael is also dedicated to community involvement and loves representing Jarvis Firm through volunteer work. Her life philosophy is guided by quotes like, “When caught between two evils, I generally pick the one I’ve never tried before,” and “You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough” – Mae West. She describes her life as “deliciously boring” and wouldn’t have it any other way.
